Too narrow for me

I gave this shoe 3 stars because they are well-made, but they are built very narrowly. So, if your foot is on the slender side, these will work for you. But, if your foot is wide like mine...keep looking. I ordered two different "wide" sizes around my proper size and neither worked for me. The correct length for me wasn't nearly what I consider a "wide," and the half size up gave me more room overall but turned out to be a smidge too long. Dance shoes should fit like a glove. I ended up ordering the suede-soled Capezio character shoe in a wide (and a half size larger) and they fit fine in the length and width.
